Upon class release, the teacher immediately informed me that they gave Renee the fried rice today as no egg was found in it(I guess the principal had informed them of Renee's allergy as I've spoke to her on the phone after they've faxed the menu to me) and she told me that Renee even finished half a bowl hahaha - which is very good as they knew that she doesn't eat 'outside' food.
Oh, this reminded me that I have to talk to them about the menu again tomorrow, so that I know which are the days that I have to prepare her food(there are days where the food will contain egg and it's hard to prepare separately for just one kid).
Met the school's principal at the gate and she asked how was Renee's first day. I was a little surprised that she actually remembered even though we've not met at all. This goes to show how 'profesional' they are, 'cos there are so many students there. When she learnt that Renee seemed to have enjoyed her first day(I mean of cos, if there's no separation anxiety, then surely the kid would enjoy since it's basically just play, sing, eat and more play at this level hahaha), she looked pleased, said that it's very good and smiled at Renee, heeee. She was very nice and talked abit more before 'letting me go' - cos she saw that I was trying to take some shots of Renee at the gate hahaha.
Earlier, I found her water bottle very cold when I checked for it and decided that I must go get a temperature holding bottle for her no matter how. It'll be heavier but since I'll be the one carrying her backpack, I see no harm...So, I quickly purchased another piece of T-shirt(since I usually wash her clothes on alternate days, so I think we'll need to have at least 3 T-shirts) and told her that we need to go get her a new water bottle.
However, I also noticed that she looked abit tired so I asked her whilst in the MRT train(yes, I havn't got down to practicing my driving so the car's parked at the 'home' carpark and I'm still commuting on public transport, kinda silly right? but haiz...) if she wanna go back home to nap or go get her stuffs - well, I guess most of U wld have got her answer correct as well hahaha, she said she wanna go shopping. She yawned when we reached Compass Pt and I told her that we better try do a quick one and she asked for bread, oh no!
There were a couple of things that I needed to get for her, but I decided to drop the rest and just go get the water bottle first. She finally complained about being tired, wanted to be carried and asked for her bread again. Since it's already 3:30pm, I quickly took her home. On the way to the train station, we stopped to buy some snacks and she asked for chicken nuggets which she took 1 and asked for more whilst in e LRT train hahaha - she must be really hungry.

Her new water bottle, by Thermos - S$41.00(luckily there's a 20% sale now *phew*)
When we got home, she fell asleep almost immediately after she's had her milk and brushed her teeth.
She also remembered that she'll have to sleep on the new mattress(a rollable one I've got when she was much younger but not used yet) when she gets back from school. And, as I've had enough of her 'not-enough nap' fusses since the time I rescheduled her timing to prepare her for this new routine, so I told her to use my alarm and showed her on how to 'stop' it when it beeped. She woke up upon its beep an hr+ later and was still not happy hahaha.

Luckily, her aunties Elsie and Lili came to visit her(guess they can't resist and wanna come look at her wearing the uniform) and their appearance took away a little of her frustrations. She even told Elsie that she napped on the mattress cos she 'smelled' after school hahaha, actually still ok lah, but I prefer to let her get used to it especially the weather would be turning warm soon.
Her aunts saw the video and were quite 'impressed' that there are 2 teachers which I told them 1 was the main English teacher and the other's for the chinese language(for the brief moments I have spent there, I dun find her fantastic though but since at this level, they're not 'learning' yet and it's just the first few days, I'll just observe first) and 1 aunty attending to the few kids in her class. I told them that I saw an aunty 'guarding' at the toilet even hee hee.
