TGIF!

Renee insisted on taking this Mommy & Girl 'foot'age hahaha.

Finally! It's been such a long while since I've had someone to bend over my feet instead of aching myself and I must admit, it's an enjoyment! lolz. Good thing I've made an appointment with the nail salon earlier as it was already packed when I got there(luckily I had gone for my breakfast instead of going to them first when I was there earlier). I'm not very satisfied with the 'design'(think mine's nicer hahaha) and was charged S$6 for the service of putting the rhinestones on the toes(although the work on the 'big toes' is free but they will charge for the other toes, if there's more than 1 rhinestone) - I should have told her I only want to put one hahaha, nevermind, give it a try :), besides, I will get to do that for my future visits(signed up a 10x package with them, with an option of a free Pedispa or S$20 credit which I can use for my nail art service).
There was a pregnant woman enjoying her Mani + Pedicure and I overheard her(speaking quite loudly and being juz next to her, one can hear very clearly actually) saying that she can't understand why her friends are going to gynaes whom are charging more and she's glad that she's found one whose fees are cheap. How strange of her to think this way when she can spend on such luxuries but put the medical concern as secondary measures... Anyway, not really my business, just a thought... :>

Wanted the french pedicure to go with my rhinestones but the nail of my left last toe had chipped off,
so gotta wait for it to grow first:

And yes, daddy was wrong again! His precious had indeed remembered his promise. She didn't make noise as she knew that he's gone for his golf game(she didn't see him when she woke up) but I saw that the 'sudden' sad look on her face(from my child mirror) and she didn't quite respond when I tried to play the 'lap tapping' game with her.

I reprimanded daddy about this just now, with a reminder that his PRECIOUS will only be 3 yrs old once....
Evil rite? Hehehe but hey, U must agree that this is so so so very true right! (Well, at least he's been playing with her in the hall now, since early this evening :D)
And oh, a survey at Mcdonald's got us a free harshbrown coupon hahaha.
Pre-school

Submitted our confirmation of placing for Nursery 2009 and learnt that Mrs Tan(the main English Teacher) will be leaving the school today(apparently she's pregnant and there had been some bleeding occurences so she had to stop working for a while) - oh man! The children however took it very well this time and Renee even said that she wasn't sad with the news. I was curious and asked her why, since she likes Mrs Tan and her reply surprised me : "No, I'm not sad, because Mrs Tan has a baby". Well, again, another 'can't help it' situation and all we hope for is that she and her baby are safe :).

*Another piece of news(which I think I had been informed of same already when we first went to check out the school heee) - all the teachers in Kinderland Pre-school Serangoon are qualified to teach all levels, that is from Pre-N to K2(with the exception of Mrs Jacob whom has left the school already to look after her father).

It was very nice of Mrs Tan, together with Zhou laoshi and aunty mdm sock huay to give the children an early Children Day's gift :

Ok, I better go take the matter of insurance with daddy now that he's 'somewhat free'... :D
