Insurance, Insurance, Insurance!

No No, this has nothing to do with the big news of the near downfall of AIG/AIA, but Arrggghhh, this is what daddy has been asking me to look into(those health and PA policies we have now and the new ones he's been recommendated lately), since last week! But without the relevant papers, how am I to do that? Geez!
Finally, when he got home as usual this evening(no entertainment), we were supposed to discuss about it but it was either that his eyes were glued to the TV or he'd be 'bonding' with his precious(can't complain about the latter though). And now he's sleeping soundly in the room with his princess 'cos he has an early golf game, so, hopefully we'll get to look into this, together by tomorrow night as we'll need to make our payment by Saturday, no time to lose...(hope daddy sees it this way too).
Renee had requested papa to send her to school this morning, rushing in to wake him up when we were about to leave home :
Renee : "Papa, papa, wake up"
Daddy : "Yes.... darling..."
Renee : "You need to send me to school"
Daddy : "Mommy will send you to school"
Renee : " But I want you to send me to school, pleeease, I need you to send me to school"
Daddy : "Mommy can send you to school, papa just woke up only"
Renee : "I want to you to do this(tapping her lap with both hands) with me"
Daddy : "You can show mommy how to do it right?"
and she came out pouting... So,
Daddy : "I'll send you to school tomorrow ok?"
Renee : *no answer, still pouting with her arms crossed*
The reason of her request is that Papa will play with her the 'lap tapping' game, an action adopted from the cartoon 'little eistein' - this I'm sure Karen, if U're reading this, will know what I'm talking about, lolz(yes, our darling has recently caught it too!) but his golf game is gonna cause him to break his promise.
Whilst in the car, she said "I don't want daddy to send me to school" when I tried to soothe her, then to please her, I tried to play the same game with her and though she light up immediately and laughed heartily, she commented that it wasn't the same, awww... See lah, he's going to make her feel sad(he said she'll not remember... Ya, children are known to have elephant memory ok!) tomorrow.
PX came today and she said that she will most likely be coming over on Wednesdays/Thursdays in the near future. I've offered to pick her up on such day 'cos I'll drive past the church where she's working at now and it's simply along the way... However, I regretted this offer when she mentioned : "ok, if the timing's right, I'll let you know if to tong pang you, then I don't have to change" and I was like 'oh no...', daddy's sure to kill me! hahaha I told him just now during dinner and indeed, he wasn't quite into the idea... So I guess I'll have to either tell PX honestly that we'd prefer that she change her clothes first or should I place a towel on the seat? Any better suggestion???
