When Eileen told me that I don't have to fetch her from Kovan market, I was very happy 'cos that means I don't have to rush to stay back in school for the pyjamas activity and a little more sleep would be good heee.
Ms Cathy told me that the activity will begin at 12:45pm, so I happily seated myself at one of the indoor benches outside the school and read my book. At around 12:20pm, I went in and saw a couple of other mommies chit-chatting there and joined them with my camera on standby. At 1pm, 1 mommy suggested going for a bite but I told her that I wanted to catch Renee in action during the activity(afterall, that's my main purpose). However, at 1:10pm, there's still no sign of it and I began to wonder if they might be postponing it again as some kids might not have their pyjamas today(due to the teacher's absence yesterday). The mommy then suggested to check with Ms Cathy again as to the exact time, but as she was conducting her class, I thought it'll not be nice to interrupt and just decided to go with the mommy instead.
Bringing the trash out this morning made me forgot to bring the box of milk bread along and I asked daddy if he could help bring it over if he's going out. Well, of cos, anything for his girl and he sent it to the school just before her class ends, hahaha.
I quickly asked Renee if she had put on her pyjamas in school today and she said Yes! Alamak, I had missed it after all!!! How frustrating and a complete waste of my effort plus the wait in school when I could have collected the foodstuffs from Eileen and handle them at home first before coming to pick her up, haiz...
