Battery flat/dead?

Was almost late for school as I rushed to check on my order(of skorts and some tops) under an online overseas spree.

However, when we finally left home, the engine of my car wouldn't start(but the rest is ok, hmmm)! Not sure if it's due to battery leakage or it simply died(but we just had it serviced most recently and it was ok leh) since everything's put on automatic mode, so there's no way we'd have run out the battery by leaving 'lights' or anything on. Managed to get daddy on the phone and he suggested going by taxi which I didn't take it up after some considerations - it's not easy to flag for a taxi at that hour and it's about to rain, we'll be so late by the time we get to school. What if it still rains when class ends? It'll be so troublesome especially when not many taxi goes to the stand outside the school at that timing either...

I was shocked to see Renee tearing when I went to get her out of her car seat and she said : "I need to go to school" and my offering to bring her go 'gai gai' after daddy's fixed the car didn't help, awww... poor thing. What a way to start a Friday - me perspiring and my girl's tearing lolz.

Let's hope daddy will not be caught in the jam when his game ends later so he can be back early to help me check the car out...
