Artwork display

This artwork requires the children to dip their thumbs/fingers onto the bowl of paint to 'create the apples' but, afraid of dirtying herself, Renee took my hand and made me dipped my finger onto the paint and then she placed my finger onto the respective 'positions' for the apples! This biscuit bear is actually a 'remake' piece, cos the original(with a much smaller paper plate) was already ruined by the time we got home and I've accidentally deleted the pics taken that day from the digi camera. But with the help of my sister, this artwork was recreated the next day - thanks, Eileen... Renee even held the plate in this upright position for the photo shot just the way she did in class! hahaha

In case u're wondering what this is, it's a zip-lock bag containing a mixture of 2 colour paints and she's chosen red+yellow = orange - her fav colour at that time :)

Alrighty, here comes her artworks! - the very first few :
(we don't always get to bring her work back on the very day they were 'created' and not all artworks' dated(some were even not returned when we resumed the sessions after a 'break'), so they're not entirely in the exact sequence - I'll try my best though) More coming up... :)

Why this blog and, now...?

Actually, after having viewed so many kiddies' blogs, there had been times when I was sooooo tempted to create one for our darling daughter but yet, hving heard so much about the abuse of children's pics extracted online even, I was advised by many not to and thus, none was created(cos I thought it'll be kinda boring to put up a kiddy blog without showcasing all the cutie cutie pictures :P)

And now, even if I wanted to, after having held back for so long, it is already quite impossible for me to create one especially when I'm not one who keeps diary hahaha.

Conclusion : since I've been occasionally updating those(who cares abt her) on her artworks done at her playschool's(GUG), I thought : 'why not create a blog to showcase her artworks!' - In this case, whoever interested can still be kept updated on her 'artworks' and best still, get to view them any time!(even her earlier works :D)
